Yang ni plak, ade member minx tolong mase sem lepas. Diorg ni ade esaimen Multimedia. Diorg ni kene minx buat ALBUM CD. So, tu yg payah2 dok buat tu. Kali ni diorg kate nk bayar. I told them not pay me with bucks. Juz buy me dinner. Huaahuaahuaaa...
U noe, I got set of KFC dinner plate TWO times. Ahakz...

DA PETANG DAAA...

Salam petang kengkawan,..

perh,.. arini cuaca kat labuan punyer la panas. aku da naik bengang. Tp ni la manusia, bila panas bising then bila hujan bising gak. Xpenah nak bersyukur dengan keadaan yang dianugerahkan. Hari ni satu hari lg xmkn ni. Sbb nyer td bangun lambat. Maklumlah, semalam tdo lambat. Jd, bgun pon mmg agak lambat jgk. Terlepas breakfast ngn lunch da ni. Perut da mcm2 bunyi da. By the way, sy nk share ngn member di luar sane hasil karya sy yg penah sy ukir dengan rekayasa sendiri. (Eh, mcm ayat calon MPP aritu lak..Hehehe..). Nant sy post at my new post...k, chaow dulu...

TEMAN BERBICARA,..

peh,...next week last week b4 cuti for GONG XI FA CAI. Assignment makin byk da. Takper, buat pelan2. Frens, later I will post most my picture here k. maybe should post sumthing attractive. Could be video or whatsoever. This semester would be my last semester in UMSKAL (Universiti Malaysia Sabah Kampus Antarabangsa Labuan). By the way, hopefully all junior have to be patient pasal 'AIR TAKDE' kat kampus.
Mostfully, MPP (Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar) yang baru dilantik selepas pilihanraya yang lepas tak lah SLOW sgt. Hopefully diorg lebeyh aggressive lepas ni. Kesian kat member2 yang ngundi kamu. Kalau kamu tak buat keje, saper lagi yang deme harapkan. Teman semester last dah...
For sure after this, melanguk cari kerja kat luar sana. InsyaAllah kalau ada rezeki, teman dapat la kijo nyer.
Baiklah, sampai di sini sahaja teman berbicara yer. Esok pagi nak kene bangun pagi pula. Teman pon da mengantuk sangat dah ni. Elok teman pegi tido jer.

Balance Diet???

I'm feel sleepy after having dinner at 10.00pm. Haiyaaa,..Juz want to share story about how to get proper balance diet. 1st of all, I'm practicing to have meal on time. Such as breakfast, lunch, dinner and etc. On breakfast, u have take it early morning around 8.00am. Its suitable for most waking up early morning to set up their breakfast. If u wake up late, juz take ur breakfast before 10.00am. Try to take breakfast earlier than 10.00am cause it would effect ur meal on lunch hour.
After done already on breakfast, we go through the lunch. The ideal time to have a lunch is on 12.00pm and before 2.00pm. It most accurate when we on working with organization or whatsoever firm because it already have the lunch hour. After that, feel free to enjoy ur meal break on 5.00pm. It so to control ur stomach from empty before take the dinner.
Actually, as per notified we should have a dinner before 8.00pm at night. Furthermore, it most recommend to take earlier than 8.00pm. For sure, it is because we do not have much more activity on night. As normal human being, we only sitting on favourite sofa and having a nice night with family with watching television. Mostly we never have aggresive movement on night shift.
It is hard to maintain and control ur body from being obesity, but it really easier to be obesity. As long as we have the determinent and give full effort, u could have the ideal body language that u work hard for it.

Selamat Tahun Baru Cina,..

Khas buat teman-teman yang akan menyambut perayaan Tahun Baru Cina, sy mengucapkan SELAMAT TAHUN BARU CINA!!!
Semoga jalinan persahabatan antara 1Malaysia di Malaysia dapat dikekalkan berabad2 lamanya. Mohon saudara 1Malaysia bersatu hati menentang segala provokasi menentang keamanan di Malaysia. Semoga rakyat malaysia dijauhkan dari segala bala yang datang. Bagi pihak kerajaan, mohon dulukan hati dan kebajikan rakyat jelata agar Malaysia sentiasa dalam keadaan aman dan tenteram. Hindarkan tragedi berdarah 15 Mei yang dulu. InsyaAllah...

p/s: Nasib baik Malaysia tak tergolong dalam negara-negara yang menerima bencana alam seperti ribut taufan & letusan gunung berapi. Heeee,...mintak dijauhkan semua tu. InsyaAllah.
